- another half

I was surprised I didn't actually gain, Liam left a bag of Doritos next to me and I just couldn't stop eating them!!!! I don't even like Doritos, I was sick to my stomach after the fact, bleck! But I got on the scale in the morning anyway and was happy to see I didn't gain anything, in fact I am down another half a pound. 203!

As you may have noticed (if anyone reads this) I've stopped my daily food log. I just coudn't keep up with it, and by the time I did have time to blog I'd forgotten half of what I ate that day. I am still cautious about my intake, mostly serving size. Today was a bad day though, I've been ravenous! I had a big dinner and I'm finally feeling full, no bedtime snacks for me today! I think AF is on her way, on top of being so hungry I've been cranky and have a headache too. Bleh..

Gettin down!

To 203.5 this morning, down two pounds!!! At this rate I'll be back on the under side of 200 in no time. I'm going to talk to my doctor about a few things. One is my antidepressant, my slow weight gain seems to be linked with this med. I have never gained weight like this, unless pregnant, until I started taking them. I didn't notice at first because the weight gain is so gradual, but looking back I'm pretty sure that's when it all started. The other thing is my acid reflux is awful right now! Before they start shoving tubes down my throat to get a good look at the plumbing I'd like to test for food allergies. I had no idea that an allergy could cause this kind of stomach upset until I did a little research. I wouldn't be surprised, my allergies suck so bad, why not throw in a food or two!

Sledding party!

We spent a good part of the day at our friends house enjoying snacks and the nice(ish) weather. She has an awesome sledding hill. I didn't really keep track of foods yesterday, but I do know that dinner was pizza, I had two pieces. I never really had lunch, instead snacked on chips/crackers and dip. Not the greatest foods, but I didn't overdo it.

Today I started out my day with a bowl of oatmeal

Out to dinner

Hubby and I went out to dinner with friends last night. It was so much fun, and I did pretty good. When my meal showed up I cut all the portions in half. I did have cheesecake for desert, but not too much, 5 of us shared one piece.

Snack: a yogurt

Snow Day!

Gotta love snow days! Got to sleep in, and I DO love my sleep

Breakfast: honey nut cheerios
Lunch: Same as yesterday, that was so yummy!
Snack: Some pretzel chunks
Dinner: We had breakfast for dinner! It's fun, we never have time in the mornings to eat breakfast together so every once in a while we make breakfast for dinner. We had pancakes, bacon, OJ and sliced apple, mmmmmm.
Bedtime snack: a cup of goldfish crackers

Day 2

Doing good! I made it a whole day without pigging out! I had trouble falling asleep last night, but I was excited about finding a dear old friend on myspace. I hope I get better sleep tonight.

Breakfast: Bagel w/ cream cheese & OJ
Snack: A hand full of animal crackers at playgroup
Lunch: Chix salad sandwich and a 100 calorie pack of sun chips
Snack: Wheat chips shared with Aislinn
Dinner: Steak, rice and broccoli - yum!
Desert: chocolate pudding
Bedtime snack: toast and jam

No real workout today, just running around at playgroup and cleaning up the house.

I'm not shy anymore

Ok, it's a new year and I don't want to spend it fat and out of shape, so I'm ready do something about it! This blog is about to get really boring, lol. I'm going to log meals so I can keep tabs, and I'll log workouts too. Soooooooo.... here we are, day one of the new me.... all 205.5 pounds of me! Soon to be less I hope.

Breakfast: Bowl of frosted mini wheats
Wourkout: One 10 workout - abs
Lunch: Bowl of veggie beef soup

Feeling very tired this morning, even dozed off for a bit while Aislinn played. I'm more energized now, did preschool with Aislinn and cleaned up a bit.

Snack: Cup of goldfish and a glass of OJ (shared with Aislinn)
Dinner: Pulled pork sandwich
Snack: Bowl of grapes
Bedtime Snack: Toast and Jam
